Staff Skill Development



Our Staff Skill Development consists of individual and group coaching sessions that introduce the sales, management and business development skills described in your Executive Debriefing, defined in our Sales Process Design and outlined in our Managing Success™ Strategies.

All sessions contain course curriculum, templates, guides and scripts that incorporate the best practices defined by your new sales process. Session content is intentionally designed to integrate and build upon the skills introduced in previous sessions and complimented by a certification method for measuring comprehension and the ability to execute new skills in the field.

Skill development sessions are flexible, providing for hourly, half-day and full-day formats over a prescribed period of time. Our group sessions are intentionally designed for small group participation and limited to 10 staff members to guarantee full participation, increase comprehension and promote practical application. Multi-group implementations are appropriate for larger teams, while 1-on-1 sessions are available for executive, management and staff level participants requiring individual attention for specific needs.

 

Behavioral Coaching



We understand that any change in the way your company does business may cause resistance from particular members of your staff. Therefore, our Managing Success™ process includes coaching sessions that explore and address emotional blocks, attitudes and beliefs that create resistance to change, inhibit skill development and sabotage best effort.
